IN AN INSTANT AT MY WILL
AND IN MY TIME I REVEAL MY PRESENCE WITHIN YOU
Trifling details of life cannot deter Me
from overwhelming you with the Love
I have in My Sacred Heart for you.
There is no way for you to avoid the flow of My Love for you.
In an instant at My will and in My time
I reveal My Presence within you.
You need not guess as to when, where, how or even why
I speak to you in this written format.
I just do this because I love you.
You must know this is true.
I see you nodding your head in affirmation
of what I am telling you.
It is truly I, Jesus, speaking to you in this manner.
Sometimes you need to be reminded of this.
You occasionally think you write these meditations.
Do not worry.
That is natural.
I will keep you on the straight and narrow.
I wish to open new areas to you for your reflection.
They are more than simple affirmations of My Love.
They reflect the core values of life in My New World
for friends such as you.
First and foremost is obedience to My will.
It is the pathway to heaven's Peace within your heart.
Many get bogged down in questioning
if they are doing My will or theirs.
The answer lies in whether or not the fruits of their actions ultimately result in inner peace.
Doing My will may entail discomfort at first
because you must give up your will.
Sometimes there is a part of you
that does not wish to let go of your ways.
That causes inner turmoil.
I suggest that you lean gently against
that recalcitrant piece of you.
Do not be harsh.
Do not be angry with yourself for being human.
Be gentle with yourself.
There is no rush.
There is no deadline.
We have eternity to blend together in My will and My love.
Nice and easy does it every time.
You must come to recognize how difficult it is
to give your will to Me to do with it as I wish.
There is great fear.
There is worry that you are being tricked by satan
and being lured away from Me.
This is especially true in the area of scrupulosity.
You fear that you displease Me in every slightest way.
Doing something new such as learning to be silent
in My Presence instead of repeating rote prayers
and/or incessantly repeating your petitions frightens many.
They do not wish to give up their way
of praying and learn to just be with Me.
Ultimately I win!
Their rote prayers are so pleasing to Me
that I gently move them into silence.
I then speak to their hearts in much the same way
as I am speaking to you.
Ultimately their resistance to My way crumbles
and they experience peace in their hearts.
That's just one simple example of how resistance to My will
is gently and lovingly changed.
I am sure you could mention others.
The same is true for those who read this meditation.
The argument over your will and/or My will disappears
within the hearts of those who are truly Mine.
I enter into the discussions gently and lovingly.
Somehow or other I always win the hearts
of My faithful ones.
For others the struggle is more difficult.
Their walls around their hearts are high and hard.
That is why I ask you to pray that hard, cold hearts melt
to My insistent call to come to Me.
If We, the entire Mystical Body, focus
on prayer and sacrifice for these lost souls,
perhaps they will recognize they are lost
and ask Me for help and direction.
Never give up hope on changing even the hardest hearts
to learn to give their selfish, human wills to Me.
With My Love anything is possible.
